How we make weather calls
We monitor wind, wave forecast and lightning risk daily. If conditions are going to be unsafe or genuinely miserable, we'll contact you 12–24 hours ahead to reschedule. Your safety and enjoyment matter more than getting the trip off.
Sick kids, last-minute life stuff
If something unexpected comes up in the 24-hour window, call us. We're reasonable people running a small business, and we'd rather move your trip than take your money and feel bad about it. Just tell us what's going on.
Fuel surcharge
Due to volatile fuel prices, a fuel surcharge may apply on longer trips and during periods of unusually high fuel costs. Any surcharge will be quoted upfront when we confirm your booking — it is never added at the dock, and you will always know the final number before we cast off.
