Interior BC species guide
Trophy rainbow trout is our flagship fishery; kokanee salmon is the table fish on Okanagan Lake; chinook and burbot fill out Shuswap. We run an artificial-only program — no live bait — across all seven Interior BC lakes.

Trophy Rainbow Trout
The headline fish. Massive Interior BC rainbows live in every lake we run — including the legendary Gerrard strain on both Okanagan Lake and the Arrow Lakes. Trolled on downriggers with Apex plugs, spoons and large flies.

Kokanee salmon
Landlocked sockeye — small, hard-fighting and excellent eating. The signature fish of Okanagan Lake. Trolled 60–110 ft down with small dodgers and pink hoochies.

Chinook salmon & burbot
Shuswap specialties — summer chinook (the only seasonal species we target) in deep open water; winter burbot fished tight to the bottom on lit jigs.
